Here at Lynq, one criteria we judge ourselves on when it comes to providing support after the system is up and running, is responsiveness.

You have a problem: your system is down, or you can't get a month end report during a close - we are there for you.

Urgent phone calls are returned promptly during the workday. We are also reachable by mobile phone, e-mail and fax. Several of our clients also allow us to log onto their systems through the Internet using various remote access options, such as "terminal services" software. This allows us real time access to their environment and quicker responses to their needs.

In the event an onsite meeting is needed, we will arrange schedules and get a consultant to the client's location in a timely manner.

Support is more than just solving problems:  it's looking at your operation on a continuing basis and providing recommendations on how you can get  more out of the software. Your business is constantly changing to meet market demands, and we will be there to help you adapt and prosper.
