LONDON - 29th August 2012

LYNQ continues to demonstrate and be formally recognised for its broad range of Microsoft abilities by achieving a Silver competency award for Business Intelligence.
This award recognises partners who demonstrate delivery of customer solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools and requires at least three customer references plus formal qualifications. Microsoft BI includes SQL Reporting, Integration and Analysis services which are toolsets that LYNQ has built considerable expertise in through application and delivery of manufacturing solutions to its customers.
LYNQ views Microsoft as essential skillsets and products to have to support delivery of best in class solutions for manufacturers where each business is very different from the next and require compenentised solutions to meet business needs. By using Microsoft tools and products to extend a solid ERP core (also built on Microsoft technology), solutions can be delivered using a common and trusted platform making them easier to support and maximising the investment in Microsoft products that most companies have already made (e.g. Office, Sharepoint, SQL Server etc..).
LYNQ also has expertise in delivering integrated solutions using Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint. What makes LYNQ stand out is the ability to couple their Microsoft technical expertise with over 30 years knowledge of ERP and serving manufacturing companies which allows them to achieve more than you would think possible with the tools you already have.

LONDON - 4th May 2012
LYNQ continues to invest in further development of software for manufacturing and has now released a labour recording solution (iLYNQ Labour) to compliment its production planning solution (Visual Planner).
The labour recording solution allows production managers to monitor the performance of production employees showing detail of all work in progress and highlighting jobs which are running over. In addition to this the solution tracks non-productive time and can be configured to meet the clients needs in this regard, so that performance of a team or an individual can be easily realised.
Production employees can 'clock' time using a web based clocking solution similar to having a stop watch to start/stop time against a given job without the employee having to record separately on a timesheet. Even then there is also a facility to book hours to a job using the more traditional time sheet method.
Both methods are delivered using web based technology meaning that they can be deployed using any tablet device such as iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Kindle Fire (around 200USD each) avoiding the need to purchase costly handheld devices (around 3000USD each) and reducing the total cost of ownership.
Currently the system integrates with Exact Macola Shop Floor Control (ES or Progression) but there are plans to develop a POP solution for this platform also.

LONDON - 7th March 2012
TRINITY BIOTECH (Nasdaq: TRIB), a leading developer and manufacturer of diagnostic products for the point-of-care and clinical laboratory markets has signed a five (5) year agreement with LYNQ for IT managed services.
Under the agreement LYNQ now provides complete IT resources to manage six (6) sites for Trinity based in Ireland , USA and Sweden - over 400 employees. The agreement includes services such as a fully managed service desk, application management of all Trinity software applications, server and database support, desktop support for all sites and IT audit preparation for annual Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
The decision to outsource IT by Trinity has allowed the company to control its IT costs while gaining access to experienced resources to improve availability and further develop its critical ERP software platform as the presence of a managed service agreement also entitled Trinity to preferential rates for project related work.
This agreement becomes one of many managed services agreements that LYNQ now provides as it continues to see this side of the business grow as companies opt for managed services as an alternative and 'safer' solution to off premise hosted or cloud based offerings.
